In accordance with the copyright requirements of the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse(ATDW) their entries in Roam cannot be edited. If the content requires updating, we recommend contacting the operator or event directly.
Roam users can view the details of any ATDW listing by clicking into the entry. Additionally, any ATDW page can be set Enabled or Disabled by selecting the entry and clicking the status required in the dropdown.
Note: After enabling a product will take around 10 minutes before it appears in your website's visitor search experience.
Product Statuses:
-
Enabled/Live - requires a user (that's you!) to manually enable a product entry. Enabled/Live will result in the listing publishing to your site.
- Disabled - New ATDW listings will publish in a Disabled state ready for you to review and publish.
- Expired - This status is reserved for listings that have been removed from ATDW. At a glance, you can see what has been taken offline and consequently removed from your Roam site too.
- Pending - Currently not used in the platform.
Enhancing Search Experience:
You can optimise the searchability of an ATDW entry on your website through assigning categories and tags which Algolia, Roam’s powerful search integration will use. You can also improve a product’s chances of appearing in a Google search by optimising the meta tags of the page in the SEO tab.
