Adding a form to a page

If your theme has a form developed, you can embed it on any content page across your site. 

If you would like to look at having a contact form set up please contact your customer success representative. 

How to embed a form on a page: 

1. Open the page entry you want to embed the form. 

2. Choose the Form page builder component. 

3. Click on + Add a form and select your form from the pop-up window. 

4. Add a heading above the form, if required.

5. Check the positioning of your form between other page builder elements on your page. 

6. Once you're happy with its position, save your page and your form is ready to go!
