Filter out new, expired and recently updated listings

 There are a number of useful filters available to you within the Roam platform which allows you to refine your product entries depending on the information you're after. 

Best way to filter new product listings needing approval:

To see all new listings imported by a data feed that need approval:

1. Change your status filter to disabled to the left of the platform. 
2. Next, apply the filter criteria date created. This can be found to the right-hand side of the platform, just under + New Entry. 
3.  descending so that the newest listings show first. You can find the descending option in the dropdown menu to your right.

Best way to filter recently expired product listings:

To see listings that have recently expired in a data feed and no longer show on your website:

1. Change your status filter to disabled to the left of the platform. 
2. Next, apply the filter criteria Expiry Date. This can be found to the right-hand side of the platform, just under + New Entry. 
3. Now change the order to descending so that the most recent expired listings show first. 

Best way to filter recently updated listings:

To see listings that have recently updated either by a data feed (eg. ATDW) or manually by a user at your company:

1. Change your status filter criteria to Date Updated. This can be found to the right-hand side of the platform, just under + New Entry. 
2. Now add the Descending filter so that you see the most recently updated listings first. 
3. If you only want to see updated active listings then also add the status filter enabled to the left-hand side of the platform.
